Train-the-trainer

WFP’s focus on programme sustainability and client independence has made the training of trainers a priority focus area. WFP is able to customize any course requested by clients to incorporate a TOT element designed to increase the internal capacity of client organisations to meet their own programme goals and decrease their reliance on outside providers.

ME&R Capability

We have been involved in the development of an M&E Framework as well as the tools to support M&E and monitor health outcomes post training. Our training division executed a Post Training Assessment of trained CCGs as well as the beneficiaries of service.
